No added fat, 3 ingredient breakfast cookies!

These have become a favourite in our household. Super quick and easy to make and with no added fat it ticks the box for us BAD-asses.

Just to make it even easier, you don't need to measure anything out. You could make them the night before if you know your mornings are always rushed.

Ripened bananas - mashed

Oats - same amount/volume as the mashed bananas

Raisins/Choc chips/nuts (optional) you choose!

Cinnamon (optional)

Mash up the bananas. Add in oats to roughly the same amount as the mashed banana, a little more is fine. Mix together. You can add in more oats if the mixture seems too sloppy. Chuck in a handful of raisins, chocolate chips or nuts of your choice (my go to would be raisins though, the chocolate or nuts would be adding fats). Sprinkle in some cinnamon if you like things super sweet. Do a final mix.

Spoon out dollops of the mixture onto a tray lined with greaseproof/baking paper. (Do not use foil, they will stick like sh*t to a blanket!). Flatten each dollop a little (they don't spread like normal cookies as there is no fat melting in the mixture).

Bake at 180°C for around 12-14 minutes. Take them out once the edges start to brown. Leave to cool for 5-10 mins before removing them from the tray and shoving them in your face. Enjoy!

(I'll do a measured version soon, for those of you who are less slap-dash than I am!)
